Hillapps Ecosystem

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all applications, products, services, and platforms operated within the Hillapps ecosystem (“Services”). By accessing or using any Hillapps Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Continued use of any Hillapps Service following updates or modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Ecosystem and Application-Specific Terms

Hillapps operates as an ecosystem of independent applications. Each application may provide its own application-specific Terms of Use, policies, or guidelines based on its functionality, target audience, or regulatory requirements.

All application-specific terms are created under the supervision of Hillapps and must align with the core principles of the ecosystem. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms of Use and application-specific terms, the application-specific terms shall apply solely to that application.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Hillapps applications are generally available for use by individuals of any age. However, certain applications, features, or services may impose specific age requirements or eligibility restrictions, which will be clearly stated within the applicable application’s Terms of Use.

By using a Hillapps application, you represent that you meet any applicable age or eligibility requirements for that specific product.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Hillapps Services, including but not limited to software, source code, architecture, design, visual elements, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, features, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Hillapps or its licensors.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating derivative works based on Hillapps products
  
  

• Using Hillapps intellectual property without prior written authorization
  
  

Unauthorized use of Hillapps intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree to use Hillapps Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
  
  

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  
  

• Abuse, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or infrastructure

Hillapps does not permit the use of its Services for unlawful or unethical purposes.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions, behavior, and any content or outcomes generated through your use of Hillapps Services. Hillapps does not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for user actions or decisions made using the Services.

Hillapps shall not be liable for any illegal, improper, or unauthorized use of its applications by users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hillapps Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillapps disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Hillapps does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from the use of its applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hillapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Services.

Hillapps’ liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

Hillapps reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms, applicable laws, or engages in conduct that may harm the ecosystem or other users.

Termination does not limit Hillapps’ rights to pursue legal remedies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Hillapps’ responsibility to users is limited to the protection and privacy of personal data in accordance with applicable Privacy Policies. Data handling practices are governed by the Hillapps Privacy Policy and, where applicable, application-specific privacy terms.

Hillapps is not responsible for user-generated content, user actions, or third-party services integrated with its applications.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Hillapps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be made available through the relevant application or platform.

Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Jurisdiction and venue shall be determined in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hillapps regarding the use of the Services.
